Oliver de la Rosa is the Director of Liberty Dreams LTD. With over fifteen years at the helm of multidisciplinary teams across both corporate and voluntary sectors, he specialises in strategic management, rigorous planning and empathetic leadership, designing and implementing sustainable strategies even in the most challenging contexts with limited resources.

Driven from an early age by an insatiable curiosity, Oliver has taken on responsibilities in social organisations since his teenage years, eventually founding a national NGO entirely with his own resources. Since then, he has launched businesses, delivered bespoke training, and supported professionals and organisations in their personal and professional development, firmly believing that deep understanding and empathy are the true catalysts for meaningful transformation.
